• Lead the implementation of the Portable Assisted Study Sequence (PASS) credit retrieval program

• Manage 4-10 annual contracts

• Maintain 50+ PASS courses and grant approximately 200+ credits annually to credit deficient students

• Lead recruitment of 400+ students annually to participate in migrant education program sponsored events

• Facilitate a strategic communication and outreach efforts

• Create a variety of publications and training materials

• Prepare and conduct trainings through various platforms and modalities

• Prepare and submit state and national data reports

• Lead curriculum translations, revisions and development

• Serve as a member of the MSDRS administrative team, strategically plan and evaluate program/office related activities, supervise, hire, train and perform staff evaluations

• Prepared researched based publications and materials focused on educational programs and strategies to meet the unique educational needs of secondary school age migratory students

• Served as a liaison with post-secondary institutions and other organizations with emphasis on: access to higher education, leadership, career exploration, and role model networks

• Coordinated student engagement events and managed on-site logistics and staff assignments

• Served as an on-site trainer and facilitator coach

• Coordinated event logistics and recruitment efforts for approximately 11 annual regional and statewide student events in coordination with higher education partners, serving 700+ students statewide

• Developed and maintained on-line clearinghouse with career student engagement and scholarship opportunities, mentors, and program participants
